Chasing Shadows Update 0.5!
Hey! I'm finally ready to show off a new public release of Chasing Shadows! This is the first of many updates that I'll be uploading here until the game is complete and finished! This small update showcases a ton of new character art, as well as allowing you to play up until scene 3-5. There's still a lot more to be done with this game. A ton more writing and art, but I'm glad to reach a point where I can publicly show off a little more of the game :D
You may notice the discrepancy of jumping from version 0_2 to 0_5 and that's because versions 0_4 and 0_3 were both released privately over on my discord and patreon where I show off some behind the scenes content and ask for opinions on development. There is already another build of the game that's been privately released that allows you to go even further into the game and see what's cooking in the next scenes. Something told me I should check on this yesterday, and got it within a few hours of you posting it. The story is coming along nicely! And considering how soon our character looks to be set on getting home, it seems that things won't go according to plan... ;D
I hope something comes of that burning wreck stuck in the hillside.
Hopefully I can be more supportive in the future than pointing out a few typos and misplaced dialog others no doubt have spotted already.
You've got great timing then :D and yeah I'm having a really fun time with this story. There's still so much to do and revise but it will be a fun process. I won't give any spoilers though ;3
And any help is always appreciated ^^ with these super early builds I'm expecting there will be quite a few errors but a lot of this writing will probably change after I go over it and revise it a few more times and the story moves further.
Is this update going to be available for android ?
I can add an android version if you give me a day or two ^^
